1.    Build a Chapel, it will cost you 15 invest points.
2.    Route some buses to the Chapel.
3.    Wait until 1000 people visit your Chapel. You can see how many people visit the Chapel by tapping on it.
4.    When you get 1000, the rings will appear and the wedding will start automatically.
