Problem: The game doesn’t run after installation or shuts down during play.

Solution: To ensure optimal performance of the game, it is recommended that you restart your device after installing a new application. To restart your device, press and hold both Home and Power buttons for about 10 seconds until the device restarts.

Problem: I purchased the game but with recent Sync the game has vanished from my iPhone (or iPod touch). How can I restore it?

Solution: Start iTunes, go to iTunes Store, sign in with the same account you used to purchase the game. Find the game page in iTunes. Press “Buy”. If you purchased this game previously iTunes knows it and will offer you to re-download the game for free. Press “Yes”, download will start. Sync once the game is downloaded.

Mushroom Age

Problem: I cannot skip the dialogue in the game.

Solution: To skip the dialogue you should click on the screen repeatedly or you can click on the "menu" tab that is on the top left corner and click on "skip dialog" to go straight to the game.

Problem: I click on the hint, but nothing happens.

Solution: Hints are unlimited in this game, you just have to wait for it to refill itself before you can use them again. In some instances, the last item that you need will not show up on the list and the hint will not show it to you either. Most likely that item will be under the last thing that you were asked to look for.

Problem: The item is shimmering with light. What does it mean?

Solution: When you see an item shimmering with light, it means that you need to interact with that item in some sort of way.

Problem: I can’t beat the minigame with matching card pairs.

Solution: You can see the cards on top because they are brighter than the ones at the bottom. If there are more than two identical cards, you must choose the pair to match carefully. Plan your moves to free more identical cards. If you don’t like planning your moves, than you can just select the pairs randomly, and rely on luck. Keep in mind that Jokers can be paired with any card on the deck.

Problem: I can’t beat “Teens and Thieves” level – there are not enough customers on the level to make the required amount of money.

Solution: You are getting a bonus for every thief caught. A thief is caught when you tap Mr. Barefist while the thief is trying to steal something (when the iconic face above him shakes and smiles). If you catch all thieves, you will make just enough money to achieve the goal of the level.

Mahjongg Artifacts: Chapter 2

Problem: The game keeps replaying the Astral 5 level.

Solution: Astral 5 is the final level of the Quest mode. You can't go further, because you’ve beaten the game.
Congrats!
You may want to try replaying any level of the Quest mode for better results or check out Classic or Endless modes of the game.

Problem: How can I win The Wonderful Lantern Artifact? What does “Order level” mean?

Solution: In order to win the Wonderful Lantern Artifact, player must complete seven Order levels in a row. Completing an Order level implies that a level is completed with Order bonus. The Order bonus can be achieved only playing the Quest Mode. You get the Order bonus if you complete the level matching only identical tiles (even if you match a pair of Flower or Season tiles they should be identical.)

The Mystery of the Crystal Portal

Problem: I cannot see an object because it appears behind the menu button.

Solution: Use pinch to zoom in and out. You can reach all objects with the full zoom - the game is designed to be played actively using the zoom feature.

Problem: Do I need to buy the hints in the game to complete it?

Solution: No. You get a new hint every few minutes - so you always have a free hint when you are stuck. You can buy more hints to speed up your adventure, but it is optional and not required to complete the game.
